My marble’s bigger than your marble!

Even though most of us know or have read of how large the universe is, once in awhile you come across a visual representation that simply blows you away. The Google Video below is just such a representation.

We realize that our Sun is just soooo much larger than Earth, but one just has to look out a little further to find another star that dwarfs our own. It’s quite humbling, to say the least.

It is an amazing video demonstrating the vast scale we’re usually ignorant of.
I was thinking if you can, if time permits, make a generalization of your video by zooming out from the superstring or planck length subatomic world (10^-34 meters) and all the way to the multiverse.

wow - good to know there’s always something larger, but I agree with Adnan, it’d be good to see how there is always something smaller as well… as research continues, we tend to find things that are tinier and tinier.

Good stuff - keep blogging!
